The voluntary, community, social enterprise (VCSE) sector is a key partner, helping to shape, improve, and deliver services. It plays a crucial role in creating and implementing plans to address health issues.
It’s essential to include VCSE partnerships in Integrated Care System (ICS) operations. This means involving them in decision-making, managing population health, redesigning services, and developing the workforce and leadership.
As a strategic alliance of the VCSE, 3ST collaborates closely with health and care systems to develop a robust and supportive community network.
By developing and empowering the wider VCSE, we leverage our collective specialist skills and knowledge to ensure that all residents across the eight boroughs of NWL have equal access to essential services.
